Warbill-in-Tun Pub Conversion
This project involved the conversion of an historic pub into a beautiful 3 bedroom property. It has been featured in Grand Designs Magazine and was Highly Commended by the Sussex Heritage Trust.
Former Barclays Bank to Mixed-Use Property
This project involved converting a run-down former bank to a mixed-use building comprising an office and two one-bedroom flats. This involved the full removal of the bank's 12 inch thick reinforced concrete vault and dramatic structural and waterproofing works in order to make this property habitable again.
Mencap 10 Bed Care Home
We were approached by the charity Mencap to refurbish a former nursing home which was in a state of disrepair. We transformed the 10-bedroom building into a purpose built, 10-bed all-ensuite modern care home for vulnerable disabled people.
